Palomar Challenge Long Route & Profile

62 miles with around 7,000 feet of climb

This route takes you up to the top of Palomar where you can see the world famous Palomar telescope. It then descends back down the mountain to the start finish area. You then do an out and back along the very scenic Mesa Grande road. You can do both the hill climb challenge and continue on to do the 62 mile route, since the hill climb course and the 62 mile route share the same first part of the route.
